Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: 365 PM can hold a property with a full holding deposit for up to 14 days.

Q: Do you accept cosigners?
A: 365 PM does not accept cosigners. You must qualify for the rental on your own.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Rent can be paid via your online portal on our website for a small fee or checks/money
orders can be mailed to 24123 Peachland Blvd. Ste. C-4 #109 Port Charlotte, FL 33954. We
do not accept cash or in person drop offs.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Pets are only approved at the time of application.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Please submit your notice to vacate in writing using your online portal or through our
website under the tenant resources tab. Your notice should be submitted no later than 60
days prior to your lease expiration.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Tenants are responsible for minor items such as watering the lawn and all costs associated
with water usage, ac filters, batteries, bulbs, fridge filters, toilet handles, door handles,
lost keys, all plumbing clogs unless we find the problem is related to tree roots/blockage at
the road, and anything else that is a result of tenant negligence or considered non normal wear
and tear. The landlord of your home is responsible for all major repairs related to appliances,
roofing and ac repair.
