Here at 365 Property Management we offer a unique Home Watch service to those needing an extra eye on their property while they are away. Perfect for snowbirds or absent property owners or maybe an owner who needs to leave the state for a few months for work. Our home watch inspections can be customized to your needs. Here’s how it works: With a signed agreement we complete a customized visual inspection/walkthrough on the interior and exterior of your property on a regular basis. We use a powerful online app for a complete reporting experience that includes photos. Each visit you will receive an emailed link to an online PDF report with photos and notes that are time stamped and dated. We offer bi-weekly and weekly inspections. At this time, we do not offer once monthly inspections due to our client’s insurances not covering damages when properties are not checked on for 3-4 weeks at a time. A lot of damage can happen when your property goes 3-4 weeks with no one checking in. IF damages should arise, we use licensed and insured companies for repairs. We can also let you know if your hired services are being performed, pool services, lawn services etc.
