Maygan Johnson grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and moved to Florida at age sixteen. Over the past 10+ years Maygan has managed hundreds of rental homes and brings extensive knowledge and experience to her investors and owners alike. She is a liaison between the tenants, vendors, and property owners, making sure the property operates efficiently. Maygan serves and enriches the lives of property owners and leasers daily and takes pride in unmatched communication with all her customers. In her spare time, Maygan enjoys cheering for her children at sporting events, paddle boarding, boating, traveling, cooking and finding amazing restaurants.

Maygan is also a member of NARPM, National Association of Residential Property Managers. She previously served as Affiliate Chair, NARPM Tampa Bay and Communication Chair, NARPM West Coast Chapters.

Sydney Jessie was born and raised in the heart of Spring Hill, Fl. Being a local gives her the advantage to know the ins and outs of the Spring Hill area. Sydney is our Spring Hill area and surrounding counties property manager. She handles each new property with love and care as if it was her own. Not only is she attentive to the homes, but to the property owners and tenants as well. Creating an effortless experience starts with accessible communication, and that is an area Sydney strives in. Sydney is the connection between owners, tenants, and vendors making sure that each property is running adequately. Outside of work Sydney enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, eating good food, and hanging out with her family.

As a local Realtor® in Florida's "fast paced" Real Estate Market, Teresina has over 25 years' experience as a sales/marketing professional in both real estate and other industries. Teresina's experience working on all sides of the real estate profession, has resulted in her developing sharp negotiating skills, while earning professional credentials recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a Sellers Representative Specialist and an Accredited Buyers Representative. Teresina will use her skills, and marketing knowledge, along with a reputation for honesty, integrity, fairness and strong work ethic to help you achieve your best options in this ever-changing real estate market.

Jenny Lewis was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. Jenny worked 37 years for an Automobile Insurance carrier in the claims department and was a supervisor for the last 20 years. She decided to retire and take on a new career as Administrator for 365 Realty Group and Property Management Inc. Jenny has a bachelor's degree from ODU in Insurance and Finance. She resides in Virginia and enjoys frequent trips to Florida to be with her family. Jenny loves traveling and cooking in her spare time.
